Established in 1962, Camco Paints, Inc. located in Decatur Georgia, manufactured architectural coatings primarily for distribution to federal, state and local government entities.

In 1993 Camco Paints was purchased by Thomas Curtis, CEO and owner. The company name was subsequently changed to Synta.

Synta is a prime paint manufacturer and contract packager serving global markets, wholesale and retail, for specialty architectural coatings, craft paints and industrial coatings.

All manufacturing, packaging and distribution operations are conveniently located in Clarkston Georgia with immediate access to Atlanta’s perimeter highway.
